Sealworks developed an eLearning platform that provides professional development for teachers and principals across the United States. The custom platform allows for new content to easily be added to the system while extensive tracking and administration modules provides instructors and group leaders to monitor the progress of their staff. Each product includes an overview of the program, modules, video with PowerPoint slides, assessments, and an online community for sharing and exchanging ideas and questions. The latest release includes a new extensive search engine which allows all video content to be searched and provides a quick jumping point into the 15 products.

The site includes over 400 hours of video content and uses HTML5 and Flash technology to deliver the highest quality video at the lowest bandwidth possible. The site accommodates users with various internet connections by providing video optimized for both high and low connection speeds.

How successful was it? Over 20,000 users enrolled on the site within the first 90 days of launch.
