Working with Educational Impact and the Ohio Association of Elementary School Administrators (OAESA), this online application was developed for new principals to track their performance in school. Its gives the principal the opportunity to assess themselves and invite their staff and supervisor to provide feedback on their progress as well. This application automates the former paper process known also as the 360° Assessment. Results are provided in easy-to-understand graphs. A Personal Learning Plan allows users to utilize the results to customize a plan for self-improvement.
